Refund Policy

At NexaFit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges terms below.
1. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return a Product for reasons other than a defect, fault, or warranty claim, you must notify NexaFit in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving the Product to info@nexafit.co.za.
The original packaging forms part of the Product and must be retained in its original condition during the return period.
Customers are strongly advised not to discard any cartons, crates, foam inserts, securing brackets, straps, protective covers, or other packaging materials until the return period has expired.
To qualify for a return, the Product must:
- Be returned in its original packaging, including all internal protective materials, inserts, foam supports, straps, cartons, and securing components, substantially similar as originally delivered.
- Be unused and free from damage, marks, alterations, or excessive wear.
- Be returned with all accessories, manuals, cables, components, and promotional items originally supplied.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
NexaFit reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a reasonable restocking, repair, repackaging, or transport charge if the Product is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new in the condition received.
2. Original Packaging Requirement
If original packaging is unavailable, NexaFit may, at its sole discretion, decline a return request. Take note that even professional repackaging will most likely not be an option.
NexaFit shall not be responsible for damage sustained during return transport resulting from inadequate or incorrect packaging by the customer.
3. Return Authorization
No Product may be returned without prior written authorization from NexaFit.
Customers must contact info@nexafit.co.za to obtain return instructions before arranging shipment.
Products returned without authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
4. Return Shipping and Collection Costs
For approved change-of-mind returns:
- The customer shall be responsible for all return transport, insurance, handling, packaging, and collection costs.
- Due to the speciality nature of the product, all returns must be collected by a NexaFit-approved courier.
- Original delivery, installation, assembly, or commissioning charges are non-refundable.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Upon receipt, NexaFit will inspect the returned Product.
If the Product complies with the return requirements, NexaFit will process the refund using the original payment method.
Refunds may be reduced by reasonable costs incurred as a result of:
- Missing accessories or components;
- Damage caused after delivery;
- Missing or damaged packaging;
- Repackaging requirements;
- Collection or transport charges;
- Cleaning, testing, or refurbishment necessary to restore the Product to a re-sale condition.
6. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a Product is delivered damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, the customer must notify NexaFit as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Where a valid defect or delivery issue is confirmed, NexaFit will, at its election and in accordance with applicable law:
- Repair the Product;
- Replace the Product; or
- Provide a refund.
In such cases, NexaFit will bear the reasonable costs of collection and return transport.
7. Non-Returnable Products
The following items may not be returned unless defective:
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, abuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow operating instructions;
- Consumable items and accessories where applicable; and
- Products that have been materially altered after delivery.
8. Transit Damage During Returns
Risk of loss or damage during a customer-initiated return remains with the customer until the Product has been received and inspected by NexaFit.
Customers are strongly encouraged to insure all return shipments for the full replacement value of the Product.
